Orders can only be canceled before shipping. A 5% fee will be deducted for payment processing. Once an order has shipped, it is final and cannot be canceled. Please double-check your order and address before checking out as these cannot be updated once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives with a qualifying defect, contact us here within 14 days of delivery. Please be sure to include your order number, name, email, photos of the packaging, and the defect.

Only major issues—like misprinted pages or structural faults, qualify as a defect. Things like minor scuffs, bent corners under 1.5cm, or wavy pages are considered normal in the book printing process.
