Refund Policy
All digital sales (Ebooks) are final. There is no return or exchange.
POLICY FOR PHYSICAL ORDERS:
AFTER SHIPPING:
Transactions are final. No refunds or returns are allowed after shipping.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once a parcel ships, including on undeliverable parcels. In case of a re-delivery request, you need to pay any additional shipping fees.
BEFORE SHIPPING:
Cancellations and/or refunds will include a deduction of 5% for PayPal/payment processing fees as PayPal and payment processing parties retain these.
Simran Book Store is not responsible for lost parcels.
If one of your books has a manufacturing defect, you have 14 days to contact us at vsimranauthor@gmail.com to file a claim. Please include your order number, name on the order, email address, photos of the shipping box, shipping label, and all defects when reaching out to our support team.
Please note the following are NOT considered damage or defects:
- Dented or crushed corners smaller than 1.5cm
- A tear/rip/cut/mark or visible scratch on the front of the book or spine smaller than 1cm
- Ripped or bent pages that don't affect the text on the pages
- Scratches, marks, bends, or residue on the back of the book
- Issues with the top or bottom edge of the book
- Creasing or folding on the top or bottom of the book spine—Wavy pages
- Bent corners or "dings" on the side of Art Prints or Bookmarks
- Curling edges on Vinyl Stickers
All replacements or refunds will be at the discretion of our customer support team. We reserve the right to deny a replacement for any person abusing the return policy for profiteering.
LIMITED / SPECIAL EDITION ORDERS:
In addition to the terms and conditions above, the following apply to Limited Edition orders.
- All Limited Edition items are limited to one order per person, address, phone number, and payment method; multiple orders will be canceled and refunded less the payment processing fees. If you're ordering for a friend, please contact us through vsimranauthor@gmail.com before you place the order.
- Once a Limited Edition Pre-order closes, it will not be reopened. Limited Edition titles will not be reprinted. Once all existing orders are filled, any remaining stock will be added to the store as overstock. They can only be purchased once they are added to the store.
